Very accessible to our needs when selling our house as a first-time home seller. Communicated the various steps pre-sale including pre-marketing of the house, helping set up professional photography and staging (which makes a difference!), and coordinating cleaning service- all of which were extremely helpful in raising the profile of the house. While listed, maintained track and kept us posted on activity and analyzed offers due to various pros and cons in today's market. Katie was also on top of the various inspection and closing requirements, including last-minute recommendations prior to closure. Would recommend her if considering listing your house, especially if you are local in Montgomery and Delaware County.
